3M Aqua-Pure AP101T Whole House Filter Housing

Aqua-Pure AP101T / AP101S and the CUNO CFS01T / CFS01 Valved Head models feature the Built-in shut-off valve with pressure relief buttons are are made from FDA CFR-21 Compliant Materials.The "T" and "S" suffix designates either a Transparent (clear) or Solid (opaque) sump housing. Valve-In-Head designs relieves pressure for convenient cartridge changes: Turn to shut off water, then remove housing from head assembly.

Note: Clear Housing Sumps are more prone to leaking and cracking, and are not as resilient as their opaque counterparts. They may be significantly less able to handle high pressure, temperature, exposure to sunlight, and other stress.
