Steripen Journey Personal UV Water PurifierThe Steripen Journey LCD is a personal, portable, handheld UV water purifier that utilizes C Wavelength UV (ultraviolet light). UV-C light is short wave light, between x-rays and visible light wavelengths, which destroy the DNA of microbes in seconds. Without functional DNA, microbes can´t reproduce or make you sick.

The SteriPEN Journey comes equipped with an easy to read LCD screen that monitors the progress of the UV dosage with a countdown and displays a happy face when the water is successfully disinfected. The LCD screen also monitors the life of the battery, the volume of water selected, and tracks the number of times the lamp has been used.

To use the SteriPen JY-RP Journey, just press the button by selecting 16 fl oz., or 32 fl. oz. and place the SteriPEN into the water until the UV light automatically turns off.

The SteriPEN Journey handheld UV water purifier is water resistant and is small enough to pack with you wherever you travel, hike, or camp. The Journey includes two non-rechargeable CR123A batteries and a black neoprene case.

The SteriPEN Journey from Hydro Photon is also compatible with the SteriPEN FitsAll 4 micron filter adapter for removal of particulates before UV disinfection treatment.
