The high performance brushless DC RO Booster Pump pushes the envelope in the market. The pump head proves reliability with high efficiency, a long life brushless DC motor, which makes this a versatile work horse. The motor is robustly built to handle the demanding requirements of commercial RO systems. With its unique two speed switch, one pump meets the performance requirements of 150 or 200 GPD with a quick flip of a switch. Brushless DC motors are typically 85-90% efficient, while standard brushgear motors are 75-80% efficient. This booster pump is designed for operation with a Tank Pressure Switch, which monitors the water pressure in the RO unit´s storage tank, and turns the pump on or off in response to the storage tank pressure. A Low Pressure Shut-Off Switch may also be installed, which will ensure the pump is shut off if the feed water is interrupted. Also, a Power Supply/Transformer is required for use with your booster pump.
